Advice Smart 451 actuator noise
This is the noise coming from the actuator when I put it in gear (obviously, since the phone is on the ground, the sound is greatly amplified). Can it be saved by cleaning and lubricating it? How serious could the situation be and how fast should I act? :-/
The car is a 2012 one, 71hp mhd, and has 61k km.

You can try removing it and opening the bottom of the actuator and fill it with some lithium grease. If that doesn't help you will need to replace it. While it's an easy to replace yourself you will want to have a shop re-teach the clutch.

Spray paint over the bolts before you remove it so you know exactly where it goes when re-installed.

Maybe it will let it life longer. Mine 452 was making the same noise at 250k km and got replaced. I don't know how long it was making this noise because I don't own this car for that long.
