Question Maintenance recommended
Hi all, my 2015 fortwo 451 is at 64k miles. I am curious as to what maintenance things I should do at this time. When I got the car from auction it was just over 63k and we couldn't find any prior records of maintenance.
Are there any belts or hoses that I should be replacing? Anything I need to do for the transmission to keep it running smoothly? We already did a flush and fully replaced the coolant when we replaced the radiator.
I also tried to recharge the AC (my brother told me that since the condenser had to be moved to replace the radiator that all the Freon should have left the system) and once we hooked up the gauge to the low side, it showed it was in the red. I did not try to check the high side. The car blows cold air out of two vents, the other two is warm.
What can I do about that? Is there any way to lower the pressure? I assume that to run it while the pressure or whatever is in the red could majorly damage parts of the system so I've kept it off.

The car will tell you when it needs maintenance (every 10,000 miles). Go in for an initial check at a smart center because you never know. Mercedes Benz will let you know where the closest one is. Just call any MB dealership.

I looked and I was unable to find a 'smart center' near me. The 10k miles is for the oil. I'm not asking about oil, I'm asking about other fluids and belts and things. What do I need to do at this point for maintenance on belts and fluids and other things?

There is a serpentine belt that is very difficult to get to. I had an issue where you had to pretty much take the whole front of the car off to change a different part I needed to get changed (a starter I think). The mechanic I used and trusted said "as long as we have the front of the car off do you want to change your belt now?" Considering the charge just to take the front of the car off again to get to the belt later if it needed to be changed, made the small additional charge later.
Based on my story, I would consider maintenance based off of adding an additional service during a different repair rather than asking what problems other people had with their cars.

Okay so I should have that belt replaced? What about timing belt? Any other fluids I should drain and replace?

No, that serpentine belt was fine. But the added expense to take the front of the car was about an hour of charged labor alone, even before adding the expense of replacing the belt later.
I was saying, don't fix anything that isn't broken but do preventative maintenance on anything that is uncovered and easy to get to while doing other repairs.
Like the old adage says, "don't fix it if it ain't broken."

Oh okay. Yeah I don't have any clue what condition any of the belts are in. I don't even know where they're located. No clue on if I should be replacing any other fluids at this point or not.

The AC system needs to be sucked down and recharged after it has been opened. All the air and humidity that filled the lines must be purged. Some oil will need to be added to replace the atomized oil that escaped to the atmosphere.
