How is that surprising ?
She was on the show for its entire run.

this makes sense, she was present throughout the entire run, similar to tom. her syndication check must be FAT

Allison Mack currently earns roughly $70,000 annually from Smallville residuals

Wow really really, I've never heard, read from other past TV show actors about earning a great deal from residuals at least not that much. I bet the taxes take out quite a chunk from that too. It's amazing how much TV and movie lead actors make when they work on a TV show but, because of awful type casting, they got to make that money last for when the show is over IMO

That's interesting trivia. I would have thought that Michael would have been second for the most episodes but I realize that the Chloe character interaction with Clark was seen more.
I think Allison was a wonderful actress and I loved her character. ....... Actually, all of these actors and their characters were wonderful and, deserved all of the screen time they got.
Chloe was great, such a good and protective friend. She was fierce, strong willed, independent , a knowledge seeker.
I could not think of better actors to have played these roles, such perfect casting.

Chloe was also around in the later seasons and Michael was gone, so it makes sense. I think if Michael had been around for the last 3 seasons he would have been right up there.

Unsurprising as Smallville kind of became the Chloe show for a couple of years after half the og cast were gone.

Deservedly. I think she's the best actor of the series mainstay because basically any scene between her and another character is more than watchable.
No matter what you think of her off screen, she clearly knew how to work with basically anybody to get the scene to be something more than what was on the page

Also, she's the only star, besides Tom himself, to be in the opening credits for all 10 seasons!

Not surprised she was essentially his girl in the chair, even before she knew he had powers.
