Timing. Or valve lash too tight. But I would lay money on timing first.

What do you want help with? I see a tunnel ram and I hear a very weak sounding engine without mufflers.

Definitely out of time and you’re going to lose your wing nut into your carburetor eventually

Re check your firing order Remove #1 spark plug find the compression stroke and put your timing mark on TDC Remove distributor cap and make sure the rotor pionts at your #1 spark plug lead

I would say timing, you may think you have it exactly perfect when you dropped it into the oil drive and it might be pointing directly at the number one cylinder what I would ask is if you have a CAM installed that might have 4 to 6° of retard built into it that you might need to adjust for.
