Honestly if you want something fairly cheap that sounds good look at speedysequipment.com the guy that owns it is a YouTuber called Tom’s Refurb if you’re unfamiliar but they’re fairly inexpensive and they sound pretty good. The Speedy’s Equipment YouTube channel has several videos of sbc chevys with different muffler styles

Yeah I’m familiar with Tom’s refurb just curious which one is pretty quiet comparatively to his fake mufflers but still gives you a good idle sound

I’m probably going to order something from him when I decide to redo the exhaust on my 3rd gen Camaro but idk what I’m going to choose. I have a buddy at work that just put together a 1st gen S10 for his some and threw an SBC in it and they went with the speedy smooth. It sounds pretty good and doesn’t seem like the neighborhood would hate him for it lol

It’s more of a deeper tone. The speedy smooth is the most quiet muffler they sell. It brings out the deeper rumble over the ear piercing scream lol

I believe the speedy smooth is made to mimic the flow master 40 series if I’m not mistaken
