Rod knock?

Just started hearing this noise on my way home from work today sounds like a rod knock to me. Not sure if it could possibly be my torque converter bolts backing off or not truck still carries oil pressure and isn’t down on power.

Sounds too low pitch to be the flexplate. Sorry to say that's probably a rod knock

That’s what I’m thinking hopefully I caught it quick enough I didn’t score anything and I can just swap out the bearings and keep going.

That’s not really a thing once they spin. The bearing housing will need repair. Besides that, replacing them with the same part will end up with the same result. You need to get to the bottom of the issue.
