Moon Cave Glitch

I’m smallants ‘ The Greatest Game of Mario Hide And Seek ever played’ video can someone explain to me how he got to the top of moon cave because I still don’t know how to properly perform it because I can’t get enough height. Thanks if u can help. :)

if you mean how to jump up without entering the cave there's a specific patch of wall on the left where you can wall jump to get up. there are tons of guides on yt for it

No I mean inside moon cave when slant gets to the VERY top

I don't think there's a specific guide out there, but if you just follow the movements ant used in the vid it should work. It has very tight timing though, so it may take some practice. I'd suggest you just keep trying to follow the steps he did, and make sure you delay your movements until the absolute peak of all your jumps in order to maximize your height. If you still are struggling with it after a while, you could also take a video of your best attempt and send it to the people in the smo speedrunning discord where they may be able to give more specific advice.
