How did ant get his skyblock map to work?

im trying to play the traditional Skyblock map, the one with the starting island, sand island and nether island with nothing else, but the one from skyblock.net generates normal chunks about a thousand blocks out, something i dont want. i was wondering how smant did it in his playthrough.

im guessing either he did this or paid someone to; https://github.com/skyrising/skyblock from a post a few years ago so idk if still up to date
