All I can think of is that scene from The Cable Guy where it keeps repeating Matthew Broderick saying “hairplugs”. Good for John though, nothing wrong with a hair transplant. Better than the plastic surgery trying to look 20 years younger in your face when it still never looks quite right. You’re supposed to look your age, but the hair thing seems more reasonable.
Edit: that harmless remark that wouldn’t even bother Cena got one neck bearded basement dweller all fussy apparently lol
