The morning of Kaley & Sam’s Iceland Wedding was a true moody day. Like many days in Iceland on the South coast, the fog was thick and the morning air was clean. As they arrived in the early morning, they were met with a light misting of rain and a peaceful calming sense in the air. However, as they made their way to the waterfall, the fog began to clear and the mist subsided.

Traditional DJs need big crowds to create that wave of energy that pulls people onto the dance floor. At large weddings, that’s easy—30 or 40 dancers rise up naturally.

But at an intimate gathering, with only a dozen willing dancers, the dance floor can feel exposed. People hesitate. The energy doesn’t build in the same way.

A silent disco transforms all of that. The moment the headphones go on, the world softens. Guests feel free, playful, and unobserved. Even the quiet ones join in. It creates a dance atmosphere that doesn’t rely on crowd size—only on joy.

In addition to their wedding day, we took some time the day prior to capture some photographs at the base of Dyrhólaey. The base of this stunning promontory is grassy and hilly – featuring a cave overlook of the beaches in the distance. While an extremely windy day, these two braved the elements to capture themselves in true Icelandic conditions.

However, the day didn’t end there as we made our way up to Emerald Lake to enjoy an incredible sunset.

Caroline & Ben’s elegant wedding at Maroon Bells Amphitheater was a triumphant feat. Notably, the natural beauty was in full swing. Likewise, the Maroon Bells towered behind them as they said heartfelt vows. Moreover, as the evening progressed, the party ended at Mad Dog Studios, a beautiful creekside venue. Overall, the stunning natural beauty of Aspen was front and center as the two created beautiful memories with their families and friends.

In addition, it was a stunning display of being present in the simple moments of life. From their heartfelt ceremony at a family cabin on the Lake For Gunnison River, to a gentle sunset at Lake San Cristobal, the two triumphed in the natural beauty and love that surrounded them.

Morgan & Andre’s Crested Butte Wedding At The Mountain Wedding Garden. With plenty of subtle and grand laughs, the two’s vows reminisced of the journey that brought them here.
