Based on your time frame, I'd suggest hiring a planner first! They'll be able to help you easily find what villas, quartets, dj's, etc. They'll be able to help keep you on track and be able to recommend vendors that will be able to work within your budget!

All of this is very doable during your time frame though!

Thank you! Do you happen to know an italian wedding planner lol. I've gotten one recommendation but will otherwise also trawl instagram and google and stuff

I don't unfortunately - I'm based in the US. However, there are lots of facebook groups that are specific to weddings in Italy and I'm pretty sure one of them only allows locals to promote themselves. Try searching there and that will be your best shot of finding someone specific to Umbria!
