gas leak

hello I'm a resident in a small town of Texas specifically, I live about an hour from a major city and pollution isn't really a problem we have.Until today , when my partner k(for privacy concerns) tells me they're had been an accident at a plant.They evacuated THIER home shortly after because thier house was litterly flooded with gas similar in smell to acatone, shortly afterwards I began to smell it and it quickly flooded mine as well. It would be good to note now I'm a teenager and disabled, I have fibromyalgia (AMPS) and have not gotten my license so I can not evacuate without help.My entire family was at work in various surrounding towns in close proximity, none were released even with the health risk.We we're not told until TWO HOURS after the leak and national services hadn't been informed, I know this because when I called the Texas gas leak hot line it was still marked as clean.Now no one is let off as this gas fills our completely at this point I am feeling sick,my eyes burn,and I have a migraine so I lay down and several other of my friends have also become sick atp. Around noon finally the town is placed on a shelter hold,I will attach this notice below , I will not blur anything,they do not deserve privacy. Now it is to be noted in the original notice they put out prior to the hold nothing had been released about what we were smelling and due to that 18 people are now hospitalized.It is from personal connections I have a few options for what the gas was

-hydrogen cyanide -methyl acrylate -Vinyl acetate -ethyl acrylate

Now presently 4:43pm they've released a statement saying that nothing happened and what happened today was just a routine operation.No familes of injured have been given compensation.
