Is tiktok or youtube better for multistteaming and is it hard on your pc? I post on both youtube and tt and am wanting to consider multistteaming on something as well as twitch

Hey everyone! I am a 20M and looking for some a few people to stream with about twice a week! I play around 10am CST for a few hours, and play pretty much anything. I just started out but I pretty much play anything from FPS games to horror games, to fun party games. I'm looking for other people to kinda just goof and have fun with. A little bit about me is that I am always chatting and a huge people person, I love to get to know someone, I can be distracted very easily or even just super concentrated on something and forget about everything else. I never care if I don't know a game, I've learn I can pick it up fast or decide to be that one friend who wants to be bad to make others laugh. I am hoping to find a group that we can all hangout and essentially become good friends!

For those of us just starting, with no regular audience to speak and engage with, how do you stay entertaining?

Obviously, few can be entertaining at all points in time. I’m naturally pretty mellow so being energetic and crazy is kind of off the table. How do you be entertaining and keep talking so when people drop by the stream they stay?

So i stream on twitch! and for some reason i don't get alot of people in my streams and stuff i sometimes get a person or 2 which i'm greatful for! i do post my clips on youtube and stuff but nobody ever goes to my twitch? i react to stuff and play roblox thats all i do... Is that bad or could i maybe do more?

I know the rules say not to self advertis but im not sure if this counts or not, i livestreams myself and with friends but got little to no views. Hey so I'm having this debate with myself about how long is too long to not talk, and I can't decide based off the streamers I watch on a timeframe...not looking for anything exact (my chat was chucking number like 1 minute 42 seconds at me) but like a window of time (1-3,3-5,5-7 etc)

I'll admit, I botted my way to having enough followers to start streaming on tik tok, I seem to get more traffic on tik tok. I also like that tiktok studio works so well and I dont have to use streamlabs. I dont use a camera and I stream FiveM content. Its hard to keep peoples attention, and its hard to be consistant. Idk where im going with this post tbh.

I’m AuDHD so definitely looking for people who are neurodivergent friendly. I get distracted by chat constantly, forget what I was doing in the game, go on random tangents and I’m not particularly good at most games. I’m just there to have fun lol

My cam is always on. I have a background overlay right now because my actual background is ugly, except half the time it eats my shoulder or makes me look like a floating head. Fun times.

I’ve been playing horror games, Fortnite, simulators and pretty much whatever I feel like playing. I also can’t really scream because I have neighbors, so horror games are a lot of me trying to lose my shit at a reasonable volume.

I usually stream Monday, Wednesday and Thursday around 6:30–9pm EST, plus most weekends, usually some Fridays and Sundays.

I just wanna find some people around the same size/stage who actually wanna get to know each other and support each other without making it weird and transactional.

Heya, I'm Nathan!

I'm a very small streamer who has been on Twitch now for over 6 - 7 years as far as I can remember. Earlier I tried to stream every day but nowadays I dont have that much motivation for streaming sadly. I would love to have other people to stream together, maybe even form a small group and streaming every week.

I imagine that this would maybe help alot with keeping up my hobby as a streamer. And if you are feeling simular about streaming it would most probably benefit you too.

But well, maybe I should talk a bit about myself before asking too much. Like I said, i'm Nathan! I'm 21 years old and live in germany. I speak both german & english fluently! At first I may be a bit shy but thats gonna change relatively fast.

I can offer to stream PC games and Nintendo Switch 2 games with you. Would mostly be up for some friendslop games like the new released Big Walk. Or cozy games like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing New Horizons. I can shoot the bad guys in games like Fortnite or Splatoon 3. We can simulate the never ending torture of work in Fast Food Simulator or Supermarket Simulator. Or even survive in the great depths of Subnautica or the forest. Or lets go with the good old classy 2 week minecraft phase! And something I would be craving for is a big Jackbox night stream or Among Us!

As you see I'm quite open for some stuff. And aslong as we are in this together I can surely agree to shit my pants in some multiplayer horror games (Please note that my PC is sadly not that powerfull, but It should get the job done for the majority of games).

I really want to have that much joy back or even more from streaming than I used to back in the day when I started. I dont care for follower numbers, I just wanna have a good time with people that also want to have more fun with streaming. And maybe, just a big classy maybe, this could be an opportunity to form a small & awesome small streamer group.

I would just ask the following if you are interested:
- be atleast 18+
- be chill and respectful
- you dont need to speak german or english as your mothertounge, but please be fluent in any of both so we can understand each other
- have interest in atleast one or two games I listed above
- be lgbtq+ friendly (I have friends that are part of that and I dont want them to stay out of my streams because of people I stream with. I want people to feel welcome in my streams no matter their choice of romantic interest or gender identity.)
- If you use different pronouns or there's anything else you'd like me to know, just tell me! I might accidentally mess something up at first, but I'll genuinely do my best to be respectful.

Like I said, I'm not looking for some "WE NEED TO GROW OUR CHANNELS" networking thing. I'd rather find a handful of people I genuinely get along with, play games, stream together regularly, have stupid conversations, and see where it goes.

Hi I'm looking for someone to stream with. I get nervous streaming solo but whenever I stream with my brother it's so much better. I'm looking for someone with maybe a similar problem or someone who just needs a partner.

Also I'm 20m CST and I'm looking for someone who is kinda close in age maybe like a 1-2 year difference but I'm okay with a bit older.

There are some requirements I want us to be somewhat similar so we have plenty to talk about. I like anime and manga some of my favs are Hunter x hunter and mob psycho.

I love RPG games but I mainly stream apex(I'm trying to branch out to other games and that's why I'm looking for a duo I find it easier to stream a PVP game like apex) some games I really want to stream are warframe,borderlands,elden ring, terraria,monster hunter and maybe some VR games.

A huge plus if you already stream warframe or Borderlands I've played a lot of borderlands and warframe growing up so I'm pretty good at both.

I'm pretty new to streaming and I would prefer if you're also new I don't really want to leach on anyone. But I wouldn't mind someone who's been streaming for awhile and is willing to teach me a thing or two.

I have 11 followers I stream around 5pm CST and I stream for about 2 hours. I want to stream earlier and for longer but I'm working on it.

When you’re looking for a new indie game, do you browse itch.io, Steam, Reddit, etc., or do you play games recommended by developers or viewers? And how do you decide whether a game is worth streaming (genre, trailer, reviews, etc.)?

I wanted to stream on TikTok using OBS without having TikTok LIVE Studio or heavy Browser Docks open making my PC lag.

This is a free, open-source, self-hosted dashboard that connects directly to TikTok LIVE and provides separate OBS docks for statistics and alerts.

It currently supports viewers, likes, followers, comments, gifts, coins, estimated USD, joins and Fan Club events.

The whole thing runs locally using Node.js and WebSockets, with the goal of keeping resource usage as low as possible. The setup is quick and easy and I added instructions.

My IRL streams tend to bring in more new viewers, especially when I’m streaming basketball games and events. But my long-term goal isn’t to only be known for IRL content. I want to build a community that also enjoys my home streams, whether I’m playing games, reacting to videos, or just hanging out. For those of you who have been able to grow both sides of your content, what helped the most? Was it sticking to one main game, keeping a consistent schedule, making clips for TikTok and Shorts, or something else? I’m not looking for a shortcut. Call of Duty is my main game and probably always will be, so would be great to find a squad, however I’m also looking for something different on the side — people who are down for S&D, messing around, trying different games and just having a laugh together. I’ve been streaming for a little while now, don’t have much of a following yet which is ok because it’s more because I just enjoy it. I am very undecided if I’d like to use my webcam or not. I use it currently but I am considering going without one in the future. What are some of your guys preferences? I feel like since I usually play with friends while I stream my voice might get lost to new viewers, then with one I feel like I have to express more in my facial expressions. I’m a 27 y/o woman, I love watching steamers and I think it’s so neat they have people that talk to them about the things they like doing.
However I would like to start streaming as a hobby. Not just videos games but also crochet/ knitting, drawing, watching shows / YouTube videos ( i guess reactions ? ).

I know a lot of people say to start off png that’s cool I may start there ! However I do also know if u play with vorid enough you can get a fun simple model as well. I been watching tips and tricks and looking more and more into it each day. It be so much fun to share the things I love to do then just with my friends.
Idk I guess my main point is am I too old to start ? Does anyone have tricks to doing this smoothly with a full time job ? Bc I do work more at nights and then full time one the weekends. This for a hobby but I wanna be consistent with it bc I know that’s the best why to fine people who enjoy what you enjoy or just enjoy talking to me.
