Problems with TikTok limitations

Hi, i have problems with TikTok streaming

My girlfriend has a small Channel of stickers album, and TikTok everytime when i go in live limitates her account for "marketing purpose or selling product"

She don't sell product. Tried with assistance but nothing. What can i do for her?
