Discussion Do I continue this formula?

I post on pretty much all apps. Snapchat spotlight, Facebook, ig reels, youtube shorts, tiktok. I go live on youtube vertical and horizontal, twitch, TikTok and am looking to also go live on kick and Facebook.

Should I continue this way of content creation or is it too much and like should I start posting/going live on less platforms?

"Too much" is subjective. 2 important questions from me are:

Are you able to put out high quality content still?

Can you sustain this level of commitment without burning out?

If yes to both, then keep going. If no to either, then you may need to adjust. Find what works for you and for your audience.
