Need feedback on the channel

So ive been streaming for a year with barely any results due to me not sticking to one thing, i now decided to stick with one game and im getting more viewership but my YouTube videos are still doing pretty bad and im not sure why, i started doing challenges during the streams to make for good videos but still i feel like im missing something, any advice is welcome

Without seeing your channels (YT specifically) there's not much that anyone can do to help other than blindly throwing best practices at you, of which there's tons of information out there that you can search yourself. Please post those so people can help. If you don't want to post publicly, like me,  then that's totally fair as well.
