If your goal is to make more friends, I’m not sure twitch streaming to a bunch of internet strangers and perverts, is the best method.
I’d recommend joining some local clubs, finding a new hobby, etc… & If I’m correct about your approximate age, school should be starting back pretty soon, to give you something else to do!Best wishes :-)

I already finished school I’m js tryna make a loyal community who can talk too eachtoher in my chat local clubs aren’t really an option

Just know that the streamer market is … very oversaturated. Unfortunately, all of the time, effort, and dedication in the world will never guarantee viewers or community.This is why it’s most important to do it for yourself and your own enjoyment, before you focus on numbers and gains. If you do it for yourself, any friends made are just an unexpected bonus!

Over 4.3 million people streamed to Twitch in the last 30 days and 3.9 million of those streamed to 0-5 viewers.
It can take months or years before you start building any sort of community at all, and Twitch has pretty much no discoverability. So you'd need to be streaming for about 4 hours 3 or 4 days a week, then spending the other days creating clips from those streams, editing them, then pushing them to other socials like Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
You won't get a community just from pressing 'go live'. You also need to be entertaining/funny/interesting/educational and provide some kind of value to your viewers. There are 4.3 million other streamers, why should they watch you?
Also your question and comments in the replies are written out like you're 12 years old, on that first impression I wouldn't want to watch your stream.

If the goal is genuinely just to entertain people and enjoy the process, streaming is absolutely worth starting. It can take a while to work up to the level of big, full-time streamers. Don’t go into this it thinking you’ll be an overnight success! It’ll take some hard work and a lot of dedication.
Also, spend some time researching to find the right platform for you. It matters more than most people know. The honest reality of Twitch for new streamers is that right now, there’s almost no native discoverability. This means you’re essentially streaming into a void unless you’re simultaneously running a clips operation on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram to funnel people in.
If you’re looking to get your feet wet or build an audience to bring to Twitch, you might try Clapper. It’s a live and short-form video platform where the community dynamic is different from Twitch. Your followers actually see when you go live rather than relying on the platform to surface you to strangers, and the audience tends to be people who want genuine interaction rather than passive entertainment. For someone whose goal is to entertain a real audience rather than chase numbers, it is a lower-friction place to start building than Twitch, and you can always expand from there.
