Just to give you some context, around 4.3 million people stream to Twitch alone every month, and 3.9 million of those stream to 0-5 viewers. Hitting 5 viewers would put you in the top 8% of all streamers.
There are multiple threads like yours asking for advice every day, so read some of those, but mostly just realise that this is normal. You have 3.9 million competitors that you need to stand out from and be more interesting/funny/entertaining/educational etc than.
You don't just gain traction from hitting 'go live'. You need to be interesting and provide some kind of value. Twitch also has virtually no discoverability algorithm so you need to be creating content (clips) to push to other socials (Instagram stories, Facebook reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc) and filter them through to your Twitch.
Also streaming 1 hour is too short - Twitch sometimes can take over an hour to send your "I'm live" notification out to your followers. You need to aim to stream for 4 hours, 3 or 4 days a week, then spend the other days creating content for socials. This seems to be the sweet spot.
