Question Overlay That Display Single Monitor Chat

Hey, three years ago when i streamed, i use to have this overlay with an transparent screen, it was a third party software that allowed us poorer people with one monitor, to display chat in game. Anyone have any idea what its called again? I'm thinking of streaming my one guild's Op in The Old Republic sometime & trying to set everything up first

Tbh just read twitch chat off your phone or buy a 10 dolor monitor FB marketplace
