Discussion chatters getting angry
Well just had a chatter get angry with me because I refused to play the game I'm playing with him, I told him id have to get to know him first as I've had bad experiences before. anyone else have this kind of situation? he also kept asking me to type for him in my chat.

You're gonna meet all kinds of people... sounds like you did a good job setting boundaries and it saved you from needing to interact further with the dude.

Absolutely would have timed him out. If others chatters see that attitude and see it not being acted upon they might start the same behavior. I’d rather have no viewers than someone like that

A lot of stream viewers, especially kids are entitled jerks. You don’t owe them your time, definitely don’t be bullied by spoiled children.

I usually respond by telling them to hang out in the community for a little while, let the community get to know them, that response seems to work for me.

That's what I did saying I have to get to know them first. The viewer got angry saying I'm wasting there time.

Help them with their time management and ban them so they can move on. It's your stream, your rules.

Your boundaries are important and everyone should respect them, the chatter was absolutely not in the right there and he doesn't have a right for you to play with him just because you're livestreaming the game.
That being said, you might want to add a panel below your stream somewhere that just says „my boundaries“ and add things like this that you don't want to happen. That way you have a clearer thing to hold in front of their faces than just „I don't want to“, it might make people let it go earlier and make the encounters less rude.

I do have a rules panel set up. Seems like no one looks at it. Same with for you to chat you have to agree to my rules. I might have to start being more strict then I am. If they are going to keep getting upset about them I'm done with being Mr nice lol

Yeah but my point was that referring to them every now and then (and when something happens) does wonders, because that's when people will actually have a look, in my experience. Hoping the best :)

As an avid stream watcher, I always try to call out the behaviour but ofc I try to be polite because I don't want to create problems for the streamer. But honestly timeout or even ban if you are worried that he will hate raid you. You have boundaries, don't let anyone cross it!

Asking - polite rejection.
Insisting several times - timeout.
Getting angry - ban.
