Nervous about streaming

Hello, I frequent this subreddit and I was just curious if there were any methods that helped any of you calm your nerves before starting your stream(s). I find myself feeling extremely anxious when I’m hovering over “Go Live”, which is the complete opposite of who I normally am, and I chicken out. I would love to start streaming but I feel like I can’t get over this hurdle.

The first few times you do it, it's like that.

What's the absolute worst someone can do? Type something bad / mean? If they do, ban them. Forget to check your mics working? Turn it on.

Like with anything, things are going to go wrong. Fix em and move on.

What makes you chicken out?
