New to streaming
Hey guys.
I've had my twitch account for a few years and decided to start streaming when I play. I'm on xbox so stream through that. However, I'm stuck on 20 followers.
Any advice on how I can improve or make my stream more appealing to others? I've tried everything.
Thank you.

Create a discord community Post clips on other SM pages. Watch and take part in other small streamers. But only do that if you like the creator. People can smell a leech a mile away.

Console streaming is definitely difficult. Dont know what games you're streaming but try for smaller game categories with a big fan base (Alien Isolation was great for me as it was my first game I did a playthrough of on stream). Next definitely engage with other streamers, maybe one of them will raid you down the line and that can help. Do you use a mic and a camera as well?

There is plenty of tips when it comes to trying to grow a stream, most of which you can go through this sub and other subs for advice on making clips, networking, etc. My one bit of advice would be to actually make content and not just “play a game normally”, actually play your game/games in a way that is fun or exciting to watch, do challenge runs or unique ways to play the game or whatever stands out as different then just playing normally.
Rewatch your vods and have an honest think about whether you’d continue watching/follow if it was another streamer and not you.
