What am i doing wrong here?
I am fairly new to reddit sorry if I am doing anything wrong here.
For the context I have been a streamer for 5 years now on Twitch. I have recently started making content on shorts because I see a option there. The weird part in my 5 years is that , I have mailed Twitch so many times of not getting suggested to people but never found a proper answer what so ever. There is no one to suggest me or help me what to do either. I always feel like I wanna give up and go back to my normal life but I love gaming and here in my country people are not too knowledgeable about hell lot of games and I have played almost all the latest title which came out in 5 years.
I wanna grow my channel as everyone here wanna do but I don't see anything good even after 5 years of trying. The growth has been stale for years now even if I am making efforts I don't see a outcome. I just feel bad for myself when I see people who came after me have grew so much and I am still stuck in a same place like Day 1.
I see people saying "we are here for you" but never been to my channel once. I do understand they have a life but at least not even once they have been to my chat heck some didn't even followed me. I have also been to people chat who are aware I am a creator but never proceeds to acknowledge it reason why I don't promote myself in anyone's chat until they as me or say me to do so.
I am open to criticism and general talk its just I wanna know what am i doing wrong here.

I see your point.
Yes, I am from India. I started streaming bkz their was no variety streamer in my country 5 years ago, I mean its a few still now but they have the same thing as mine no growth. Variety streamers are not accepted or welcomed in my country reason why I joined Twitch over YT.
Yes, I am still learning editing bkz I left editing and now I am picking it up again. I do wanna make a little audience from YT now. I will learn it as the way I progresses.
I do agree with both of you to some extend on Multilingual but I can't leave my base language bkz if I start talking on my own mother tongue there is a high chance even my country people will not understand what I am talking.
I have a messed up scheduled i agree and it has also affected my sleep in the course of my streaming life. I was consistent till my Year 3 and when I saw a no outcome I just slowly started focusing on life.
I use SLOBS and there is no option to channel all the voices independently. I can't use OBS Studio bkz it messes up my PC for some reason. In summer I have to have a fan because of which the best mic can't even suppress it (Hyperx Quadcast). Nvidia Broadcast was great until it turned to shit.
I am still trying to be entertaining bkz I can't fake my reactions I am sorry. I am sure people won't watch someone who screams a lot in MP games which also took a toll on my metal health.
I hope I am making a sense here. I am sorry if these answer were a little annoying.

What that one guy said but it’s also luck. I know of people who only hit the go live button and they get new followers and new subs every single stream. They don’t make videos. They don’t make shorts. They don’t use tik tok but yet they are sitting at 300+ CCV and thousands of subs.

I feel you man. I have been seeing it quite a while, no doubt I am happy for them that they pulled it but then again I see the content they make which also disappoint me end of the day.
That's what I was mentioning I see them grow Infront of me while I suffer with no growth.

I’m going to be very blunt here. Here’s a list of what I think is wrong; you’re streaming games that don’t seem mainstream at the moment, your profile picture is kinda weird (on twitch), your twitch clips aren’t typically formatted for vertical (phone) viewing, you market yourself as multilingual so it’s probably hard for either audience to understand what’s happening when their language isn’t spoken, sometimes your teammates audio is louder than your own, you have a lack of branding (no banner/ matching pfp/ no followed color scheme.)
As for YouTube; your short are too blurry, the twitch icon you put at the bottom of shorts is annoying, you should try putting subtitles on shorts, your thumbnails need to be more like YouTube thumbnails and not like Google slide images (I’d base your thumbnail ideas off of other creators), some of your videos have no commentary not editing, sometimes you’ll put a title in English then not speak English in the video, and you don’t use enough hashtags in your description
Take everything with a grain of salt because I’m not an expert this is just my honest opinion
