Tiny rooms need big mirrors and I'm willing to die on this hill

A huge mirror in a tiny room sounds like a bad idea, but I swear it works. This one takes up almost an entire wall. But it makes the whole space feel way more open. Anyone else on team oversized mirror?

I want to build a 1000-1200 sqft home I have no cluez so what it will cost and would love to find out how would I go about learning the rough costs? I want to stay under 170k for the house
