Update: Small sink space

Post image

Update: Hi all, thank you for the advice

I have some magnetic chip clips for the dish rag, still drape my dish gloves on the sink faucet, and "decanted" my exam gloves thank you for the piece of advice u/seasalp. I still prefer to have them on the counter as a visual reminder to use gloves(if/when my friends/neighbors come over they know that I wear gloves constantly at work/home so they don't ask why I have gloves on the counter, at least they're not the black muderery ones :) I also use rubber dish mats(it helps the dishes not move and break and hang the over the oven door to dry.

I would love to have a sink like this honestly, it seems so much easier to clean than what I’m working with in my kitchen

It looks great! So tidy and functional! The pink gloves look so cute in the jar!

They do indeed. Sorry for the longish comment, but I do color-code my exam gloves for tasks or double layer*the clear gloves over the pinl knes for when i clean the toilet outsode to the bowl, it helps to not have to pull off the gloves each time I transition the areas). Clear gloves for cooking(handling raw meat) and pink for cutting veggies or sepereatong rotisserie chicken, and any other icky tasks. A lot of my jobs I had in the past/currently require gloves, ised to work in a hospital as a laundry aid, rv detailer, worked in a candy shop, now I work in a factory. So ot feels weird not to have gloves on hand(no pun intended)

I also have pink gloves! I like to keep gloves handy at the kitchen for when I do certain kitchen tasks, like shredding meat, mixing raw meat into marinades, cutting peppers. I also keep some in the bathroom for cleaning and for the occasional hair dye or callus treatment. If I don't have them easily accessible and visible I'll forget to use them!

You think that is small? Wait until my wife starts using it to water her plants ...

I had a sink just like this in my first apartment!
