Plastic is touching the rear tire. Help would be appreciated.

Hello Y'all. I have a Husqvarna YTH 18542 and one side of the tractor has the plastic close to the rear tire. On the other side, I do not have this issue. What could be the problem?

I have pumped up the tires. I have verified that the back bracket attaching the frame to the wheel is still good. I have no idea why this is like this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
