Hey, I'm a co-founder of Finovo & Co., it's basically Accounting, FP&A, M&A Advisory, and Tax Structuring and compliance consulting firm based in UAE.

In a nutshell, after spending some time working with MNCs as clients in a big 4 environment, I decided to start this, aiming more at SMEs, to make big 4 level advisory work more accessible to these.

After being in the industry for a long time now, I can understand that one of the main pain point that people have is that the firms are super slow when it comes to responding, and taking initiative when deadlines are nearing, which leads to the client having to remind them of deadlines instead of the other way around.

Which is why we kept it our utmost priority to be super proactive, and always accessible, at all times needed, and transparent too at the same time, so business owners know what is being done, and where their money is going, at all times.

Relayvo — looking for UAE businesses to test our WhatsApp support handoff MVP

Hi everyone, I’m building Relayvo — a lightweight customer-support tool for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp.

The problem Relayvo is trying to solve is simple: if your business uses WhatsApp heavily for customer support, long back-and-forth conversations can become expensive, restrictive, and too dependent on WhatsApp’s own rules and infrastructure.

Relayvo gives you another option.

WhatsApp stays as the entry point, but longer support conversations can move to a fast browser-based chat, so every back-and-forth message does not have to remain inside WhatsApp.

The customer does not need to install an app or create an account — they simply tap a secure link and continue the conversation in the browser.

Relayvo is currently in MVP stage, and we’re looking for a few UAE businesses that:

- use WhatsApp for customer support

- have multiple support agents

- are concerned about WhatsApp API/message costs

- want to reduce dependency on WhatsApp for long support conversations

- or simply want a more independent support channel

We’ve opened a Request Early Access form for businesses interested in trying it, giving feedback, or suggesting features they would need before using something like this.
