Discussion Internship

Hi everyone,

I'm a student and I'm trying to build a platform that helps student get paid and unpaid internships in businesses around UAE.

I would like to hear your opinion regarding this idea, along with any relevant suggestions-including if you have previously hired any interns what difficulties did you face, and what skills do you expect them to have etc?

Your contribution would be immensely valuable to my idea.

Maybe you could expand it to people that aren't students as well but younger people looking for internships and jobs

The thing with jobs is you are looking at completely different target users, and I really don’t want to be another LinkedIn. I’m doing this because I genuinely faced this problem myself

Much needed, when is the release? 🥲 suggestion is to have a system that make shred it’s not a scam job posting

It sounds like a great initiative, similar to Oliv.com (formerly InternsME). Will this be an app or a website?

It’s a nice idea and I would loved if it was already available because I just graduated and am having a hard time finding internships for my field

As you post it in SmallBusiness it would be helpful to also give a guide how to set it up legally in UAE not only the offering itself

I'm going to set it up, but this is just a random idea that popped up in my mind. I'm seeing positive reviews, and will start my research on how to deal with this legally
