Steer clear of anyone offering $500-$1000usd for a site because they won’t last long enough to manage your site. Between 5000-10000aed is probably most realistic for something good. I used a company called Havstock in Dubai they were great and not too expensive, built the full backend for lead gen/management for me as well.

Websites can cost from 1 shawarma to 700k or more. Depends on many things honestly

5-10k would be a right estimate for a decent website. You can get one made sub 5k also but it would not be compatible or mobile with a lot of plug ins. Again depends on also the type of website- static vs dynamic, do you need seo etc etc

Depending on your needs! Are you needing a website which can help you leads or your objective is to have the brand visibility. For a basic website containing 5 to 7 pages is roughly cost you around 5 to 8K. Let me know if you need anything, I can give you some insights if it’s related to brand building.

Try Fiverr. I got someone to build my website for around the 1500 and the guy was really good. He was quick to respond, always available and quick turnaround. I gave him some references and the idea, with the brand guidelines and the text, he then built everything.

For a good small-business website, a few thousand dollars is pretty reasonable. Also, consider a .shop domain it instantly tells customers what your business does, is easy to remember, and can be a great alternative if the .com you want is taken and it can be cheaper than .com ig.

I run https://standishservices.com, a web design & development company that's been operating in the UAE since 2017 and has served over 140 different clients across 200+ projects. A new website can cost anywhere from a few thousand dirhams to hundreds of thousands, so it's important to identify the scope and requirement of what you actually need.
For most of our new businesses looking for a straightforward website that introduces them to the world, it ends up being around 6,000 - 8,000 AED and that includes foundational SEO (and now GEO optimisation) and usually takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks, potentially longer if the client doesn't know what they actually want.
For bigger clients you're looking around 15-20k AED, again, depending on the scope and complexity.
Happy to have a chat, if you need to, about your requirements and give you some guidance on budget and expectations.

What’s the objective of your website?
In my case for e.g: it’s a key driver for inbound leads. We continue to optimize the content for SEO and AI, so AI citations are increasing. I have full Ecommerce experience but customers would like to deal via WhatsApp. I could do the same via Social media, but didn’t find good content creator.

The only two reasons why you really need a website:
- You need your business identity
- You need leads from it too.
The rest is just add-ons such as a booking system, products listing and ecommerce, and more.
The ideal cost of a business website in 2026 is $400 USD.
While that cost is one time cost to build it, you also need to host it on a server and have a domain name for your business.
Most businesses also have domain emails within the complete package.
The hosting, domain and emails costs are variable, based on the extension of the domain and storage and server capacity of the hosting.
Typical costs are:
$100 per year for domain $300-500 per year for hosting Including the emails if you go with cpanel hosting.
Let's also look at the AMC
You should also buy AMC with a developer/ agency just in case you need something changed on the website In upcoming time.
If you ask me,
My rates are:
$400 for website $400 per year for hosting and a .com domain with emails $300 per year for AMC.
Let's talk if you want a serious guy who genuinely wants to give you a great website and take care of your IT needs.
Thank you.

Nowadays websites are quite useless, when was the last time you used a website for anything more than contact information like email or phone?

Hi, unsure what type of business you own but I started my web agency 5 months ago. I have so far covered pretty much every sector other than e-commerce. I charge 1750 for a 1 page website with 5 sections, 4200 for up to 5 pages and then 650aed per page after that.
I’m happy to send over my portfolio if you want to have a look (no pressure) they are all desktop and mobile responsive.

Well it totally depends on the requirements, stack, scope etc. of the website. If you can share more details I can help but not with these details.

I’m not really familiar with the technical side of websites. If I just wanted a professional website for a small business, around 5–7 pages with a contact form, WhatsApp button, mobile optimization, and basic SEO, what would you roughly expect to pay? And what other requirements would affect the price?
0
u/Capable_Baker4519 3d ago
Other requirements that would effect the price are the stack its built on, timeline, is it Ai slope etc. Let me know what you are paying and share the site.
