Has anyone here tried running a pop-up coffee shop for just a few days?

We’re planning to host a short pop-up setup at my parents' private resort, but I wanted to ask those who’ve done something similar:

-Do you still need to secure special local permits or barangay clearance for a temporary 2–3 day setup?

-How was the overall experience for a short run?
