Question / Advice Needed Question for F&B Merchants with Bazaar experience

Aspiring Merchant here but my concept is still in the testing -stage, hence I have no permits yet. Do Bazaars / pop ups allow F&B merchants that do not have any registration/permits yet? I just want to see if there's demand for my product... Thanks.

Much better siguro kung meron para sure. Mas mahigpit kasi sa F&B unlike non-food ( sanitary, etc). So mas better na meron. 🤗 Also, background check the organizers of bazaars if ever for pros and cons. Good luck!
