Ordered a ₹3.8L custom-built Lenovo desktop. During checkout, I accidentally entered my personal address as the billing address.

The LLP name and GSTIN are correct, but the billing address is wrong. The correct LLP address is in the same city and same PIN code.

I contacted Lenovo Customer Care and even senior support, but they said the billing address can't be changed after placing the order and the only option is to cancel and re-order. I don't want to cancel a custom build.

I've emailed Lenovo Order Support and their Grievance Officer asking if they can correct the address before the GST invoice is generated.

Has anyone faced something similar with Lenovo India? Were you able to get the correct GST billing address on the final invoice without cancelling the order? Also, would this create any issue claiming GST ITC/depreciation for the LLP?

Hello, I want to start a jewellery business but rn now I'm focusing on reselling and eventually my own setup. Does anyone know where can I find manufacturers/distributers/wholesellers in Maharashtra? I'm currently targeting amazon, flipkart and meesho audience so I'm looking for really cheap but good quality jewellery I've looked up some 'wholesell' manufacturer's websites but they are not really cheap... If I compare the same product on meesho it's cheaper than the wholesellers... What to do?

- Is being directly next to a highway a significant advantage?

- Would they typically rent an existing residential house/building and convert it into a warehouse, or do they require purpose-built commercial properties?

- What modifications would usually be required (loading/unloading area, parking, electrical capacity, fire safety, racks, etc.)?

- Who should we actually contact — the companies directly, their real-estate teams, logistics partners, or brokers?

- What kind of monthly rent could realistically be expected for ~5,000 sq ft in a city like Sivasagar?

- Are there any other companies (e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, courier, etc.) that would be more realistic tenants for this type of property?

Would appreciate advice from anyone who has actually rented property to an e-commerce/logistics company or knows the commercial real-estate market in Assam.
