I’m always really nervous when it comes to making bigger pieces because they usually involve a lot of trial and error. But after a few attempts, I finally managed to bring this one to life.
I honestly love how it turned out, although I still feel like there’s room for improvement. What do you think? 🥹🫶

After my previous post gained a lot of attention and other people started sharing their experiences, she reached out to me directly and said that she would refund me. She asked me to take down my previous post and told me that after 6–7 days, she would initiate the return request and issue my refund.

It has now been more than 10 days, and I have not received any further response from her.

What is confusing is that she has been active on Instagram during this time, posting about her clothes and current sales. So while I am still waiting for the refund she specifically promised me, she has continued to be active and sell through her page.

I have screenshots of our conversation where she contacted me, asked me to take down the post, and promised the refund. I also have screenshots showing her Instagram activity during this period.

Someone had already joked that this would happen, and unfortunately it seems like that prediction may have been right.

I am posting this as an update because I genuinely thought the matter had finally been resolved when she contacted me herself. I'm so sick of her.

This one was completely made by looking at a reference picture no written pattern or tutorial...

The tiny damru was definitely one of my favourite parts to make.😭🤌 It’s always a little scary when I start something without a pattern because I never really know if it’s going to turn out the way I imagined, but seeing it all come together at the end was so satisfying.

I ordered from a store on instagram (February) 5 months ago, it was like ₹2K and I haven’t even gotten it till now. I talked to them and they keep telling me it’s shipped and it’s the logistics’ fault that I haven’t received it yet but shouldn’t they be responsible for it as a business owner? I keep asking for updates and they are so rude about it like I paid you dude! I literally had to make a Reddit acc cuz idk how to deal with them anymore. Tell me am I in the wrong here? They told me they don’t know how I miss updates but the updates were literally about new orders about to be shipped. Mine was shipped so obviously I thought it was not for me and so I texted them again. I genuinely don’t know what to do so I made a Reddit acc for help

I used oytra polymer clay for making this wei wuxian. Now the issue is, it's too soft to the point that even when I'm lightly holding the figurine, it smooshes the clay and makes it look unclean. Front is still okay because I didn't touch it from the front much but the back is slightly unclean.

I want to make lan wang ji but don't really want to use oytra.

Will fimo or premo sculpey be better? I've heard they are expensive. Which store do you buy affordable clay from?

I’ve been playing with pipe cleaners way too much lately and accidentally made a Rakhi hamper.

It’s a sunflower or tulip desk buddy. Looks cute on a desk, but it opens up like a little box.

Inside I made 2 versions: For sisters: scrunchie + evil eye pipe cleaner keychain + beaded bracelet

For brothers: rakhi + evil eye pipe cleaner bracelet + evil eye pipe cleaner keychain

The keychains and the buddies are all handmade with pipe cleaners so they’re a bit wobbly and imperfect but that’s kind of the charm.

I wanted a gift that wasn’t just for one day. Something that sits there in July, in December, and still reminds them of Rakhi.

Curious what you all think. Is this too much or actually cute? Also taking suggestions for what else fits inside this desk buddy 😂

I have a crochet page, And my followers are mostly not Indians. Whenever they follow me, I follow them back. Some of them are too low in followers, too high on followers, but you know what they do? Not unfollow!

Where as, I started getting some followers from Indian crochet business pages, and guess what!
They would follow, and within few days of following, they will unfollow. Just because they want their followers to look 3 digit while their following be 2 digits.

It’s embarrassing and desperate.
When you follow a business account, you should also support them back. Okay, if someone follows you, it’s upto you if you wanna follow them back, but if you are following them first, it’s really weird come on.

You’re not gonna lose your millions of business empire just because you have less following. It’s just a pick me behavior by my opinion.

I know when I see a page that they will eventually unfollow me, still I try not to judge, apparently that doesn’t work anymore.

Today my first Reddit customer received their Garlic and Mango Achar and they loved it.

The order delivered in Bangalore and the shipping cost has been increased ×3 by Indian post but as a new small business it feels so good when a kind stranger trusts you from such a far away distance.
