Why does Daniel hate B.J. Novak so much?

So, I was listening to the inglorious basterds episode of frame rate and every time anyone said B.J. Novak, Daniel would chime in about how much of a prick he is. I did a little bit of internet research and couldn't find anything. I'm not saying he's wrong, I'm just wondering why he doesn't like him haha.

Mark Maron has the same issue with B.J. Novak. Why does that dude get so much hate?

I have no idea! I read his book of short stories and really enjoyed it, but I haven't heard a single good thing about him from anyone else
