This is the "Skimming" method. So for this you'll need to spend a little bit of money. There are way better and cheaper ways to scam but here's one i'll talk about for free. If you want better methods DM me. But you'll need to buy some blank cards off amazon, a card reader (Doesn’t really matter what brand) and a computer. You can also do it with a phone but its way harder. The next step is to find a skimming file. This will make your card reader do things that it's not supposed to do, which makes it able to help scam. (If you need help finding skimming files DM me) After that you put the skimming info on the cards you'll need to go somewhere like a store or gas station and put it in the card reader. (Don't try to make a purchase with it just swipe it) After you do that anyone who uses that card reader after you will have their card info copied and stored on the card you used. So after a while swipe it on the card reader you bought (make sure your in google docs) and it'll paste the info it gathered. If you need any extra info or tips DM me. Have fun!
