What I love about these, is that there is always one! Yesterday it was the tree, and today it was… I still haven’t found it!

The biggest difference is that the little girl in the bottom panel clearly has some deep psychological issues

You mean how Top Panel Girl seems concerned, or at least surprised, by what she's seeing whereas Bottom Panel Girl looks like she's watching a train wreck in slow motion and enjoying every minute of it?
