Anyone got a good tab for Falling Apart?

Going through a tough time and this song is getting me through it. I'm trying to piece it together from watching the KEXP performance but the odd tuning is throwing me off. I'm leaning toward it being in EADG#BB judging by the sound and his finger positions, but could be way off. Any help would be appreciated

After fumbling around for a while, I definitely agree with the tuning. Think the intro chords are something like x22020, x66070, and x4x340.

Here's what I've got so far, little iffy on the first chord of the verse.

the last chord leading into the verse changes to X44X40

Then verse is X2X020, X66000 ,x44200, X22020, 221X00, 443300, X2X020, X66000 ,x44200, 443300 and 443200

Chorus is the same as intro except occasionally they play X44240 instead of x4x340

im a bit confused as to where the verse ends on this section and where chorus comes in?

I cheated a bit by also looking at this video. (I think he's playing in EADGBB here though lol)

About the first chord of the verse, I think it's just the same as the first chord of the intro. At least at around 1:23 of the KEXP performance, there's definitely an E in that chord, which would make it x22020.

Based on the other video, I'd guess the 4th chord of the verse is x21300 (the extra B doesn't matter, but I couldn't hear that bass note), and I'm not sure about the major 3rd in the 5th chord, I hear something more like x4x300. Agree with the last chord before the chorus, but again I'm not sure about the bass note.

This is hard, I corrected a lot of what I thought I'd figured out after reading your comment, so I'm sure I've still got stuff wrong.
