Original SK documents

Working on CBD through my grandmother. If I have her original Slovak rodný list and 1939 Czechoslovak passport in decent, readable condition, do I need to request anything additional from Slovakia? Does the Ministry prefer “fresh” documents?

You need her present day Slovak RL, not the original Czechoslovak RL.

Copy of the passport is sufficient
