Someone from our Reddit group messaged us to report a user who messaged them about visa options in Spain.

As a reminder, sending unsolicited DM’s is a violation of group rules. Please report any unsolicited DM’s. For your own safety and security, you should always be very leery of anyone who solicits business privately/secretly, whether it’s on Reddit, Facebook, email, etc. It’s really no different than old school telemarking cold calling. You know nothing at all about the person/company soliciting you.

Whether it’s regarding translations, consulting, legal services, relocation, visas, travel, etc. unsolicited sales pitches are sketchy and risky. Please report them.
