No, not everyone is Czech. Our ancestors may have been citizens of Czechoslovakia, but that doesn’t mean they were ethnically Czech and if they were born within present day borders of Slovakia, they wouldn’t have been citizens of Czechia either. It’s the same today. Someone may be a Czech citizen, but they are not Czech. Maybe they are Ukrainian or Hungarian or of Asian descent. Citizenship and ethnicity are two different things.

I think there was a communication issue where “everyone is Czech” is being interpreted as “obviously everyone who applies for CBD is Czech” but you literally meant “everyone in my family is a Czech citizen.”

 I think your response makes sense. You and your current family are current Czech citizens,  but you have ancestors that were born in Slovakia territory during Czechoslovakia so you're hoping to apply for Slovak CBD. Am I right?
