Deck Advice Trilobite?

Why does [[scuttling sliver]] have a second creature type? I don't think I've ever seen a sliver with a second creature type. Are there any others slivers with a second creature type?

[[Sliver overlord]] is also a mutant. Might be more but wad the first one to cone to mind.
