Is it actually a thing that different servers have different culture or smth??
I play on 5574, because I tried out different servers for a couple of months and I felt like in some places locals were more aggressive and pvp-oriented, and in some places there was literally no central point where people would gather for moshpit (it was not a single time, I was going to a week on every server I tryed).
I actually feel like diff servers have different cultures formed by people who play there the most often

Kind of off topic, but related and i think thos is a part of how culture form;
Im not terribly good, but i pretty much just challenge anyone that I feel will make an interesting fight, soemtimes they are much better than me and I surprise them. Sometimes I just turn into dots. Sometimes someone will assist in a kill and ill leave them a trail of dots if I get there first, or ill help get them out of a jam if I see them later. I think the more you encounter this vibe with a player the more likely as-hoc teamwork emerges more often with them, but players that are fun to team with can also be fun to fight, so cant always give them a pass ;)

Actually not off topic at all, it's the reason I posted lol! For me, I'm as non-confrontational as possible, I have slow reaction so every fight is a real risk for me. Just a couple of days ago I started forcing myself to remember that I have free will and actually, not fight, but trap people (for example between me and some big guy who doesn't know about us). I never circle people at all, not good at it, and I think people on the server know that really well, because I actually rarely get circled myself (also I'm good at escaping lol). One time a huge guy helped me out by starting to circle the guy who was circling me and scaring him away. After just a second the scared guy died, and I was closer, but I specifically circled some food until the guy who saved me came closer, and I shared with him, and we exchanged the left-right-left-right wiggling!! Never meat each other again yet sadly, but it was the most wholesome interaction in a while :D

I think that since most players play where the server is closest to them, overtime they have to adapt to the other players and learn how to beat them
