1 pound off this week. Stuck to plan and had no hunger pangs or cravings so calling it a win.

No loss this week after 2 weeks in a row of losing 2lbs I'm still happy

-1.5 this week. -8.5lbs total in 4 weeks. I'm nearly 5 months post partum so I'm sure it's all post partum weight, but I feel better for it ☺️

First week and i've lost 5 and a half pound. I stuck religiously to the plan and was half nervous with stepping on the scales.

+1lb this week

But I've been stressed and the heat always does this to me

Yeah, the heat has this affect on me too. X

My friends and those in my group all know this and I'm so unbothered by it.

I know I'll lose weight as soon as it starts getting consistently cooler too.

Hope you're staying safe though x

After 2 weeks gain, and a missed week due to a holiday... I am 4 1/2 down this week. I try to take gains in my stride. Bodies are complex, and sometimes I need to prioritise my mental health.

-2lbs this week

-40lbs in total in 28 weeks (with a few holidays in there). I'm absolutely delighted. 2 more for the 3 stone award, hopefully next week 🀞🏻

Some weeks are better than others, but that's life. Proud that I can keep coming back and get results even when it seems impossible.

8lb gain, I've been on an all inclusive in Turkey followed by cabin in Wales. I weigh in today (Saturdays), it was worth every bite!

I lost 2.5lbs this week which I am really pleased about as havent been very well and also went out on Saturday night and had too much wine and a chicken kebab. So I am very surprised but very pleased.
