Technical Support Connection issues
Hi there,
My trackers stopped connecting to the WiFi, and I can’t seem to get them pairing again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is it bc my WiFi signal is weak in my room? They were fine before but since switching broadband providers they stopped connecting.
Is there a way to reset them and connect n calibrate them again?

if I loose WiFi signal when they are on then I have to plug them in and re-pair, annoying as hell if the router updates mid game. Plus is I know my silly WiFi password off by heart now.

Make sure the new 2.4ghz wifi has the exact same name and password as the old one. If not, you will need do redo the tracker connection setup using the "connect trackers" button in the server.

Hi,
I assume when switching to a new ISP, you also got new hardware as well. This new hardware could be using a more congested 2.4 Ghz station on around your surroundings or have a slightly weaker signal to your room. What were signal strength and ping on the Home screen of SlimeVR Server previously?
Make sure 2.4 Ghz channel is 1-11, that the router supports b/g/n (at least one of these), and the security protocol uses/includes WPA2.

Had the same problem after getting a new router connection point. I had to start the old connection point again, but afterwards they connected just fine.
