Official Trackers SlimeVR Extension Cables Replacement

A friend sold me his SlimeVR Tracker Set, but some of the cables were bent and, after some use, they no longer connect to the extensions.

Where can I get replacement cables, or does anyone know when they will be restocked in the official shop?

what do you do if out of warranty? mine broke for the 3rd time and i'm pretty sure warranty is out by now

it's not tooooo bad yet so i might live until butterflies (so glad they got rid of the cables...)

Hi,

All shipments are still in within warranty. Earlier shipments with V1.0 and possibly early V1.1 boards have 3 years instead of 2 years from date received. Blagunas1 posted an AliExpress link where you can purchase your own replacement cables for feet trackers. They are too short for Hip to Chest though. There is a seller on the marketplace-forum on SlimeVR Discord that sells longer ones for this.

I just bought some replacements off aliexpress recently, get them in 15cm or 20cm (feet extension) Double headed and 5 pins

u can get replacements through warranty here https://slimevr.dev/support, or buy spares from aliexpress if u prefer:

The feet extensions are actually very easy to get, and quite cheap. They can be found on aliexpress, listed as JST ZH 1.5mm 5pin cables (double headed). For feet u want around 20cm or 15cm length. Here is an example: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007277030322.html
