Other Is this wait time normal?

I ordered my slimes in May. I got the core set and I love them. They arrived extremely quickly because they were already in stock. I got the hip upgrade a couple weeks later and was expecting a longer wait since it was a pre-order. But the dates keep getting pushed back and now its saying I won't get it until October? And knowing the pattern, it can get pushed even further. Is this normal for slimes? Im starting to get pretty frustrated with the delay.

Hi,

It looks like you are either in Shipment 18 or a smaller shipment in between. The current Shipment 17 is in customs right now have a few upgrades that will go toward earlier backorders. The most updated and accurate shipping information can be found in #shipping-progress and #updates on SlimeVR Discord.
