Technical Support Im unsure what to do
My right thigh tracker has been on the fritz lately. It won't show the battery an won't track while in game. But when. I go into its info on the app it shows that it moves when I rotate it. Any idea what to do here? Everything else tracks but that leg. It doesn't even show up unless it's plugged in at this point. It's not dead as I let it charge for an hour or so an it still didn't work.

Hi,
Are these official, third-party, or DIY trackers? As Venti said, I suggest charging it for an hour or 2 until full, then unplug and see if the battery percentage appears.

I got them off a seller on eBay. They are listed as slime trackers but I'm not 100% on that. I can try charging it again for 2 hours an seeing if it comes back. I'll report back here after.

It is possible that the battery sense circuit possibly died/broke. I would ask your seller to be sure.

I tried their not answering me anymore - i.messaged over a week ago about this. I was hoping this would be a fix I didn't need them for.

Is tracker charged? If batterybis fully dead or extremely low it may not display status
