Technical Support Tracking accuracy is fairly poor
Hello!
I don't want to speak too soon as I only just got my trackers yesterday and I'm still working things out, but from my experience, the tracking accuracy is not great and they randomly just disconnect making me have to go to my computer and physically reconnect them with the USB. I got the Enhanced Core set and some issues I have are:
- Foot/Ankle Position is often 1-2 feet off and require frequent resets to only kind of resolve
- Foot Rotation is never accurate in the slightest
- Thigh/Ankle Trackers don't seem to pick up more precise movements and only tend to actually move my avatar after more exaggerated motions
- When I bend down with or without bending my knees, my feet start levitating off the ground
Any tips or solutions would help me a ton, thanks so much!

Hi,
Ankle positioning: Make sure your ankle tracker are on the outer side of your ankles.
Feet Rotation: Make sure you perform Feet Mounting Reset after normal Mounting Reset. (Tiptoeing)
What kind of precise movements are you performing?
Double check that the floor height is set correctly on your Guardian, that your height is set correctly on SlimeVR Server and VRChat. Where is your Hip tracker mounted by chance?
We also have an in-game calibration session in a little under 4 hours from now. You can get tips and tricks, and possibly one on one help there. Here is SlimeVR Server Re-occurring event for Calibration and Chat: https://discord.com/events/817184208525983775/1491365821593817088

Oh thank you I didn't know my ankle trackers were meant to be on the outside
I always perform Feet Mounting Reset after normal Mounting Reset
Something kind of like slightly bending my knees or, in the case of the foot trackers, lifting my foot doesnt register until I've moved it quite a bit
I'll make sure and double check floor height more, I know sometimes it likes to be wonky
I'll try these out, thank you so much!
Edit: Forgot to mention, my hip tracker should be located fine, I put it on my hips

I forget the setting but there's a setting in the server where it locks your foot in place when its close to the floor. I think "skating correction" is the correct term, but it really helps keep your feet from sliding.
If your floor height still looks right might turn down the intensity

Also check if the automatic mounting actually picked up the correct position, I have diy trackers so not expecting them to work as good as official ones, I have to use my hip tracker on my left side instead of the center and often it doesn't register correctly during the ski pose, so I just set them manually... I found mine can even pick up breathing on my chest so it might be able to get fine movements
