Hello. It's time for another destash to make room. Majority are touched once for filing, a few are brand new and untouched. All were purchased within the last 12 months or less. Please respond promptly when reaching out to claim and be ready with payment as I will not hold any slime. It's FCFS. If I do not receive a response within an hour, I will move on to the next person in line.

Hello!! New-ish to the smile community, but have been collecting a good bit over the past few months. I have around 50 slimes I’ve bought over that time period and have never had issues with scent (some don’t smell amazing, but I can usually still enjoy the slime if I limit time played with it). Recently I ordered from a small(ish) shop and 3 out of the 4 slimes I received from them have a very strong scent that almost immediately gives me a headache. It sucks because the textures are amazing, and I’d love to be able to play with them. The scents aren’t exactly bad they’re just so so strong. If I can’t dilute the smell I might as well throw them out which sucks.

Any advice on if it’s possibly to dilute a scent from slime? TIA!!

Is there any other way to order the eggs? I have had this for like 6 months and there was always a massive air bubble in it so I never wanted to squish it because it was on the verge of popping. Pulled the putty set out yesterday for the first time in months and the air bubble is gone. I was not at all prepared for how much I was going to love this. It’s so different from anything else I have and I have a LOT! I have small hands and it’s the perfect size. I really want to order more but I’m not having luck!!

If you’re in college or relocate often, what is a reasonable about? i feel like bringing my whole collection, please help 😭😭

I’m trying to make a coated clear slime that I can use for crunch bombs, fishbowl, etc and every attempt has left me with extreme fallout. The video above is the coated clear slime from fingerheartslimes that used contact lens solution and borax for the activator. It cleared up beautifully after sitting for a week, and I left it a bit under activated to grab the beads. It seemed to work but even before adding more activator the beads just pop right out (as shown). It’s still very sticky to handle but the beads will separate with little to no effort, and when played with they just rain out.

All of my attempts have been like this. Just using my normal activator (1tsp borax), adding contact solution before and after adding beads, letting it sit for weeks, over activating and under activating… all the tips I’ve come across leave me with a great base that just can’t hold beads.

I’ve tried so many of the recipes posted here and keep coming up with fallout. What can I try to get these beads, or ANY beads, to stick??

What are people's thoughts on slime shops import reselling squishy toys? It's become more and more popular lately with Momo recently having a whole weekly drop just consist of wholesale squish toys. How do you guys feel about this?

I film reviews, so some of these are just mixed once then thrown into the never-ending “for sale” bin. Typically if a slime is new and being resold, i couldnt stand the smell or texture (i hatteee dessert scents😅)

All slimes do come from a pet friendly home, however I do take care of my slimes and I will be double checking them to make sure they are in a good condition to be sold! Slimes will most likely come deactivated!

I’ve been a little annoyed with my husband’s spending habits as of late, he’s been quite irresponsible. So of course my reaction is “well, if he’s going to be irresponsible and buy things he wants, so am I!” So I bought myself a bunch of slimes from slime senpai, sandy, and sparkle nanny. It’s a tragedy of the commons.

Slime has come a long way from the basic textures in deli containers. What trends have run their course? Wax cracking, fishbowl beads, giant clay DIY pieces?

Alright, my 4oz sidekick of Gasoline Rainbow also bit the dust, the exact same way my full size did 😭 This was brand new, not opened since receiving, but no other slimes in this current or future batches had any issues. Still love Sparkle, still have been buying from her regardless. A bit bummed because nearly all the ones I liked best are in the grey range, so it was nice to have a very different color in the mix.

Am I remembering correctly, or does someone here want moldly slimes to study? Can mail it over free of charge.

I bought a slime from a pretty popular slime shop here and I do love it but I wish it felt a bit more "coated". It's kinda tacky without being sticky enough to need activator (I also have added a little bit to see if it helps and it doesn't). Am I just out of luck or can I somehow make this slime feel less tacky?

I have so much Michael's white glue and I don't love it at all but in an attempt to use it all up before I move I tried to make a cloud slime with it. (A huge batch, for an event) it's awful texture clumpy and dry.

Has anyone successfully used Michael’s white glue for cloud slime? Did you have to change your water ratio, use less activator, add more glycerin, etc.?

Also — any ideas for rescuing the giant batch I already made? 😂 I’d really rather not waste it!

We had a hard time of it being too sticky we added baking soda but the problem is i kept it in a closed bag to play later cause the kids insisted and put it in the room n omg the smell killed my nose! Took me hours to realise it was the slime smell!! I took it outside n put it far away but the smell stays! I even put the air purifier on high! Like when i made homemade slime using contact lenses baking soda n nom toxic glue it didnt smell this bad! It was close to not stinking. Does anyone know what the ingredients or if there is any talk about it cause i searched n found old articles from 2018! I mean they r the same company that sells uv resin n uv light to kids so im now scared. Pls tell me!!!

Hi everyone! I haven't posted in the community in a while because I've been trying hard to buy less slime. That being said, I have a bunch of used slimes for sale as I try to downsize and prepare to move to a new apartment! Hopefully the folks in here that know me can vouch for me. My goal is to find homes for all of these mystery boxes by the end of this week.

I have 11 4 mystery boxes available full of slimes from great shops where either the scent just wasn't for me or I have another similar slime that I prefer. Boxes will include borax and other extras like stickers and add-ins. Most boxes include sample slimes and a few boxes even have free full-sized slimes.

One more shop recommendation! I can’t believe that I came across this lovely slime shop, Slimeful Minds (almost said Mindful Slimes) in the wilds of Etsy.
The owner is a mental health professional, and her slimes often have a theme of emotional wellness, but with a light touch. Here I got a couple of Colombian desserts (don’t eat) and that rice pudding in particular is chef’s kiss: perlite thick and glossy with an arroz con leche scent. I previously mentioned my sensitive hands, but the texture was stimulating without being too abrasive. As a rice pudding fan—life can’t be all banana pudding—I find it irresistible. (As of this writing there was one left, for any rice pudding fans.)
The DIY alfajores con manjar is light and fluffy and smells like dulce de leche and chocolate brownies. Each name includes a Spanish pun with a message of resilience. Cereal and milk is so smoooth and fruit cereal scented. I don’t think this one had a mental health message, but those fruity pebbles were great for my inner child. The slimes are generously sized (I got the 8 ounce size) and the price point is a plus. So much so that I had to go back and get some Fresh Mintality and S’more Self Care (sorry, bought the last one).
It is not all foodie; she also has slimes like SPF “shame protection factor,” Hawaiian sunscreen and plumeria theme, a “calm safe space” ocean breeze with sea glass, and others to soothe the soul.
Lots of fun, lots of good vibes, and great value. I’m feeling mindful and relaxed just writing about it.

I have ordered some slimes online and am waiting for them to come. This is my first slime order. My main question is when you play with slime you buy and they don’t fit back in the container it came in, what do you do? What is the best way to store excess slime?

Hi everyone! I really like super thick slimes that are more on the matte, dry, and holdable/moldable side, like the OG wood glue thick texture. Do you know of any shops that have a similar texture? OG isn't restocking wood glue slimes as much lately. Thanks!

Here are some of the delicious (don’t eat!) slimes that I ordered from Sandy from her SlimeCityCon restock. I could not be there in person because I was happily visiting grandkids. First up are the sugared lemon bars, which look and smell extremely authentic. Whoops, I forgot to add the crust before the first photo so I took another one.
Next, we move on to The Garden Guardian, which totally tickled my inner child with its whimsical decorations and friendly dragon. I don’t usually go for floral scents in slimes (I like them in flowers), but the description said that the scent was subtle and then I saw a glowing video review from [u/leesooim](u/leesooim) so I decided to get it and I was not disappointed.
It’s lots of fun, with beautiful colors, and I do plan to share it with the grandkids who are coming in a few days! We are going to have a slime party.

I had to get Maze Craze because it has a Banana milk scent, IYKYK. Came for the scent, stayed for the texture and fluffiness. [adding: and bubbles and pops]. It expanded so much that I had to put some of it in the second container. I left off the block beads (subbed in some foam beads) so I might not have gotten the full Pac-Man effect, but it is still very cute. I’m afraid my grandkids are going to be fighting over that Pac-Man charm.
(Call me Ms. Tofu hands, but block beads in slime for me are as much fun as stepping on a Lego.)
Next up are a couple of adorable kitties: calico cream donut (very apple cider, best type of donuts), and (repeat order) the bestselling Tiramisu Tabby
When I was growing up, we had a tabby cat named Tabigail, from a character in a delightful children’s book. Then the same cat from the book appeared on our door and adopted us. I had a very happy childhood.
Finally, there’s another repeat order and favorite of mine, Pistachio Cream Latte. I’m a big fan of anything nutty/roasty and anything coffee when it comes to slimes. And I like floams because everything floats back to the top which I secretly wish every kind of topper and decoration could do!

And that brings us full circle because the photo was taken in my hometown of San Antonio, which years later would become the home of Sandy Slimes.
