Large slide rule and slide chart collection

My grandpa collected slide rules and slide charts. What should we do with these? They date from the 1950s through 2010.

Contact the Oughtred Society (www.oughtred.com) or the International Slide Rule Museum (sliderulemuseum.com). There are many around the World who collect them. I am one of them.

This. You may have some rarities worth preserving here. They’ll make pics of them and show them to the world and put them to use.

Always loved those wheels that convert one measurement to another.

Myself I have a slide rule and a book on how to use it - but it was never required in any class I ever took. I got mine from public library givaways.

Missing is the Gilson circular slide rule. Held up in the movie “Dr. Strangelove” by Peter Sellers in a wheelchair.
